You have a very good command of English, which you have preferably put to the test during a stay abroad.

SSP-LAW is a small, Germany-wide team of experienced attorneys, tax advisors, and certified public accountants based in Düsseldorf that specializes in providing legal and tax planning and transaction advisory services both domestically and internationally. Our target audience consists primarily of medium-sized companies and financial investors operating in an international environment.
Working with small, highly efficient, interdisciplinary teams, we develop structuring and transaction concepts and take the lead in implementing them for our clients. By combining our expertise in corporate law and transaction law, we have achieved success nationwide, enabling us to establish ourselves as solution-oriented and innovative transaction advisors even for large corporations.
